Recently I've embarked on a journey through the dark night of the soul. I feel as though I've grown a long this way achieving much in life yet now face many troubles. Earlier traumatic memories are resurfacing and health issues are mounting. These challenges have come at what seems a critical juncture, since I am turning 60 and need to become clearer about my life purpose. This has sent me into a tailspin resulting in anxiety, panic attacks and discouraging thoughts that I am damaged goods and won't be given a second chance in life.
Dorothy: Thank you for sharing your insights into this tremendously dynamic time in your life. According to Ayurveda, an ancient system of natural health care, the age of 60 is just leaving adolescence and many decades of useful, productive life can follow. Much can be accomplished in life and in the world with 60 years of accumulated wisdom and experience.
I know that most of our ancestors and most of society today did not grasp this fact, but it is certainly possible for each of us now to own this truth. So, really you should be planning for a rewarding future. . As long as there is life, there is hope. Right?
Both ancestors and our own self from the past can cause thoughts of worthlessness, uselessness, or that we are "damaged goods." The judgments and false beliefs regarding the limited value of human life were not offered by your ancestors and your past self so that you would hear them and feel them when you got to be this age. Healing
Offering love and gratitude to the Mother of the Universe, to her presence in everyone participating in this healing, to the ancestors, and to all beings of light whose nature is to support our evolution.
Starting by clearing habits, memory patterns, 6 aspects and pain bodies in the 4 dense levels of the system associated with worry and concern over others. Clearing the belief that we need to do anything with other people who are struggling to learn their lessons or reaping the results of their own actions.
Earth energies coming up through the cord of light to strengthen the mental and emotional bodies, as well as chakras 1 - 4 and their auric fields. This energy is designed to stabilize personal integrity, strength, self sufficient happiness. Nice integration of the body elemental with the devas of the various devas which oversee the 12 body systems (nervous system, circulatory system, digestive system, etc.).
There is an expansion of the primordial light of creation from celestial level of the body which is flowing through the 4 subtle bodies. This is blessing the subtle structures of the body system, bringing orderliness, nourishment, illumination, clarity. I am seeing a flow of healthy intention moving from the god presence through the conscious mind to the subtle levels of the body. This intention is guiding a healthy alignment of subtle body energies to support better coordination between the instinctual, spontaneous actions of the body with the clear understanding of success and happiness understood by the personality.
There is a cracking sound which is often present when a rearrangement of subtle structures takes place. Well done, everyone!
The light which is emanating from deep within the body is being lovingly met by the light of the Mother of the Universe. Like a mirror, the light from within us the the light from within all things is reflecting and magnifying its effect in all areas of the body. All levels of density, all body systems, all chakras and meridians, every particle is being affected by this luminous radiance. Gracefully, gently, this radiance is uplifting the overall harmonic frequency of the whole being. Beautiful!
