Reclaim Your Personal Power
Here are some simple guidelines to help navigate through the jungle of healing modalities and therapies now available in today's ever-expanding market.
When symptoms arise, one asks, "How can I successfully address this? Does this symptom indicate a serious problem?" By the time symptoms arise, their source may have been present deep within for some time. If inner awareness is sensitive, the imbalance will be located long before symptoms arise. However, if a symptom is present, this means that the problem has not been solved at its deepest level. Either awareness of the imbalance was not present, or awareness was there and the means of addressing that imbalance was not known or could not be implemented.
The root problem is a lack of clear internal communication. It is not that we do not want good inner communication.. Rather, old belief patterns tell us we are not equipped to deal effectively with inner problems, the consequences for a mistake in self-healing are too high, and the time spent to self-educate will delay the cure and increase our suffering. Due to an established feeling of insufficiency to deal with problems, it is natural to seek the advise of experts.
The process of finding a cure can take many different paths. Here I present two basic approaches. One which leaves you powerless and one which leaves you empowered.
The old approach, is to find an expert who knows more than you do about your body. They make a diagnosis using a methodology you do not fully comprehend then offer a therapy you probably do not fully understand. This is particularly true the case with pharmaceuticals which work on the body in very complex ways and often have side effects. I am not trying to debunk the use of such therapies, because we all know that they have helped many, many people. However, this approach leaves the patient feeling as if they really know very little about themselves, and if such a situation arises again, they will be just as dependent upon the authority the second time as the first.
The new approach is to realize that consciousness heals. This means that your consciousness is fully equipped to address the problem. If the body displays symptoms as a result of an inner imbalance, then the body can relieve the symptoms after eliminating the inner imbalance. This is done by shining the purifying light of conscious awareness on the underlying imbalance. With the imbalance dissolved, the outer symptoms will no longer serve its purpose of drawing attention inward. Since Nature is purposeful, this happens quite spontaneously. This approach leaves you not only empowered in the moment, but better prepared to face future challenges as well.
Regarding pills, powders, medicines, herbs, procedures, ceremonies, mantras, gems, etc: these are all inputs designed to activate consciousness to heal the body. It is completely valid to use such an implement to facilitate healing, and has been standard practice throughout our long history. But consciousness alone can be used to heal directly, without these intermediaries.
The purpose of energy healing is to evolve the ability to activate the body's natural healing response through the intelligent focus of awareness alone. We replace these implements from the environment with awareness, our consciousness focused through intention. Then the inner healer awakens.

Healing
This healing is activated
as you read it.
Thank you to the Mother of the Universe for blessing this healing. Thank you to each participant for being the precious expression of the Source of All That Is. Thank you to the ancestors. There is a great cord of light, a meridian which runs from the crown of the head through the whole body and into the core of Earth. This cord has many roles and useful functions. In the cord of light, there is a structure I call the inner compass. This form keeps life's trajectory aligned with the rest of cosmic evolution.
Offering the flow of highest wisdom as a point of orientation for the inner compass. The orientation of the inner compass is usually a byproduct of who we believe ourselves to be (sense of self). Self identity is based on a relationship between three basic points of self reference (individuality, universality, and placement of perception).
Universal self just is, all encompassing. One has autonomous control over individuality and also, ideally, on the positioning of perception. Positioning of perception refers to personal perspective. In the road map of manifested self, one can intentionally choose to view reality from anywhere along the continuum of self. (See the short video which outlines the road map of manifested self)
Clearing the feeling of helplessness, lack of choice, incapability from the cord of light and inner compass. Under this clearing shadowy subtler imbalances, dimensions, subtle matter morphic fields, and the relationships between them.
The resonation of Pure Trust is stabilizing at the celestial level of self. There is a loop of consciousness between this celestial level and the mental and emotional bodies. Trust that every impulse of intelligence is in fact the experience of the eternal flow of universal knowingness is stabilizing in the four dense levels of self. This trust is supporting healthy alignment of priorities and focus of perception. Successful goal setting unfolds from this alignment.
With Pure Trust humming in the celestial body an animated form of that truth awakens in the collective level of self. This allows real truth, honesty, and communication to support feeling safe, feeling easy, feeling connected. These values, (truth, honesty, and their associated feelings) are flowing from the subtle self, establishing integration and alignment of Divine intention with manifested self. All levels of the manifested self are affected by this process.
The physical systems (circulatory, nervous, digestive, etc.) are particularly affected by this work. There is a lot of energy in the meridians between front and back of the brain (prefrontal cortex and cerebellum).
Clearing fogginess, fatigue, and morphic resonances from the brain locations which experientially integrate individuality and universality (cerebellum, hmunculus, hippocampus). Pure knowingness/highest wisdom is self identifying as life force (prana) within the body. This pure life force is breathing through the memory centers of the head, heart and gut areas. Original memory of life's origin, of the true essential self is layering to some degree in all bodies and forms which the soul has inhabited through history.
The pure life force which breathes the truth that we are all knowingness in a state of becoming known, is breathing into self identity. From a personal perspective, this includes situations and circumstances, friends and relations, life events, as well as a host of internal reference points. From a collective perspective the field of life is also reverberating with this transformation.
I am feeling a very great collective shift taking place. For all life forms this can be translated as an increase in simplicity, order, balance, stability. It is also translating as a heightening of sensitivity to communication through the universal language of perception and experience.
Doubt, uncertainty, misinterpretation of information, and self delusion are clearing from the mental body, particularly subconscious level of mental body. Additionally from mental body, clearing egoic forms of imbalance reactive to the opinions of others. Our souls have spoken the language of perception and experience, along with all forms in the universe, since the earliest times of conscious awakening. What one says to others has such a profound effect on oneself. It is essential that inner truth moves on the wings of grace.
More opening of inner communication channels, this time within the emotional and mental body systems. From finest feeling through the unconscious, subconscious, conscious levels of mental body, and through the avenue of awareness which connects the antenna of the body with the universal self, an energy medicine, a light medicine of tenderest love and self acceptance is flowing. This wisdom medicine is the precise energetic antidote to cancer, however, for those with other concerns, it is also deeply nourishing. It is the energy which softens the bed of the physical body so that the blueprint of perfection, Divine embodiment is readily accepted.
May you sleep deeply in the softness of this beautiful, self made, love light, which creates perfection in the physiology and feeds fulfillment to the Source of creation at the same time. May the day's light awaken it to the field of action, and may each moment grow closer to the state of pure Divine Being expressed in every particle of human experience.
