Looking in a mirror more and with less judgement! Breathing more and trying to be more grounded in my body. Dorothy: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience. I would like to offer the following perspective as a support for this particular point in the process.  The things that people don't like about themselves are also the manifestations of Divine Being. Imbalance is born of incompletion. In order for balance to restore, Divinity must take a specific shape which completes the incompletion. Wholeness blossoms forth from incompletion. That shape, assumed by Divine Being is a gift from you to the Creator. It supports Self knowing from the unique perspective of your being. In this way a deeper union is forged between individual reality and Divine Reality . When you experience any dissatisfaction, this lays the ground for an awakening of Being. Your suffering is never wasted. Instead it is the very thing which makes you infinitely precious to the Totality of Universe.  The interactions between your "imperfections" and your Divine Being are your gift. The action step is to offer this gift to the feet of Divine Being, with love and gratitude for the blessings of human experience. Anything unsatisfying about oneself or one's life are simply areas which don't align perfectly with the soul's full potential. The most brilliant minds often slow the lesson down, so that they can appreciate the finest details of the process of dissolving darkness and bringing light. The strongest hearts frequently slow the lesson down because they are capable of carrying great weight, thus experiencing a more dynamic relationship between the pain of separation and the pleasure of Union. Ultimately, you are in the driver's seat and in control of this situation. You can offer the suggestion to Divine Self to speed up the lessons and derive less information and less poignancy from them. Or intentionally slow the lessons down so that more details can be gleaned from them. As a general rule, faster is smoother. The one thing you can't change is the fact that, ultimately, Brahman will consume everything. Nothing will be left in the end but Pure Being. Regarding how quickly or slowly one learns lessons, there is one more thing to consider. There is a sweet spot where the lesson is coming fast enough that it is totally engaging and slow enough that the lesson's challenging aspects are just uncomfortable enough to expand consciousness at its optimal speed. To achieve this bliss point, first, recognize its reality on the level of finest feeling, then offer this feeling to the field of inner silence. With love and gratitude, allow that feeling to naturally return as experience. With each experience, the feeling can be offered again, refining with every dip in to infinite silence.  The whole thing is so adorable. You are SO adorable ........ and SO powerful. You can do this, it is an amazing process, far exceeding any expectations. Bringing loving support to the celestial level of the body. This attention an gratitude is awakening the aspect of self which is seeped in eternal wisdom. We and our ancestors don't always think of ourselves as seeped in eternal wisdom, but there is an aspect of your own nature which ever lives this reality. A self-referral loop of consciousness is folding from the celestial body through the four dense levels of the body to create confidence, awareness on personal power, lightness of perception, and enhancement of mood. The nature of the celestial body is infinite potential to resonate in modes which have specific healing and evolutionary effects on the rest of the body and on the environment. Harnessing the potential of this level of self only requires bringing attention to this area, and remembering that you respond positively to your own love. You have the autonomy to direct your love to any part of your own self with guaranteed good effects. This is a simple concept, but so very empowering. The movement of awareness itself through the body system brings healing energies with it. So, now you are turning the medicine of your own love back into the tissues of the physical body. Without any intention beyond self-nurturing, you are awakening the capacity to heal at each level (organs, tissues, cells, etc.) as you go. The nature of love is to become ever more refined finding its reflection at ever smaller dimensions. As awareness reaches the quantum level know that this wave of precious self nourishment is being appreciated by the Mother of the Universe, who values your love above all else. At the quantum level, the resonance of your love is perfectly attuned to Her nature. The flow of self-love, self-nourishment, and the intention to heal creates an awakening effect all the way through the great history of your soul's journey through time to this present moment. With utmost tenderness, the Divinity within you is now able to reach back to all the delicate moments when circumstances cemented the illusion that someone else or something else had more power over you than you have yourself. Even when this appears to be the case, this illusion is a reflection of an inner belief in powerlessness, or lack of the power of self-love. Big Self bringing awareness of inner stability, capacity to always be present, trustworthy, and loving into all the little moments when this reality was ever doubted. Sometimes it can happen that we expect those we love to artfully give perfect expression to the inner vision of being loved. In the past there were expectations that I am beloved if those I trust say so. Ultimately, no one knows you better than yourself, and no one can perfectly express the love that you need other than yourself. Life is much more satisfying when we are satisfied with our own self-love, and from this place of fullness can be loving with friends and family. Then if others are loving too, great! They can enjoy the fullness of heart which loving deeply brings, without swaying your experience of fullness one way or the other. May you float in the waves of self-nurturing and self-healing until there is nothing left to heal. Then may the same energies which have brought the body and being into comfort and happiness carry you on to achieve your spirit's highest goals. Three On-Location Healings for Detroit The Story and the Videos ---------------------- Healings for Healthy Relationships Webinar on July 22 and 23 Dorothy Rowe - Distance Energy Work  Healings for Detroit: The City and the River First Healing - Detroit River and Belle Isle From a desire to provide energy healing support in places which can use it most, we traveled to the economically depressed city of Detroit, Michigan. Although the energy healing went on all afternoon and through the night, we recorded three segments of healings for the people of this area who are suffering from poverty and depression. The first healing session was filmed at the Detroit River, a source of affluence, abundance, happiness, and well being. The river is a vast source of exquisite love and charity. Somehow the flow of well being from the river is not reaching most of the nearby city. To conduct this first healing, we visited Belle Isle, a city park of Detroit, which is in the middle of the Detroit River and connected by bridge to city neighborhoods. Belle Isle is an oasis of greenery in this majestic, wide river which flows only 24 miles from Lake St. Clair to Lake Erie. I was expecting to do a healing for the soul of the river, but found that there was no actual problem with the river itself. The Detroit River is like a milk-giving cow, just nourishing without end. Belle Isle itself got a healing as we were leaving the area, though. The island is a kind of heart-centered energy node for the area. Click here to view Healing for Detroit River and Belle Isle Second Healing - Mack Avenue in Detroit  From Belle Isle we drove through very wealthy neighborhoods nourished by the abundance of the river to Mack Avenue, where a readily apparent energy barrier prevented the wealth of life-supporting energy from the river from reaching the poorer areas of Detroit. The contrast between the extremely wealthy neighborhoods on one side of Mack Avenue and extremely impoverished neighborhoods on the other was absolutely astounding. The feeling of the energy shift over Mack Avenue was palpable. The energy barrier at Mack Avenue, a construct of fearful hearts over five generations, was intense and went deep into the earth. The energetic barrier was creating an unhealthy pressure for those living on the wealthy side and a blockage of the flow of abundance to those living on the poorer side. I conducted a healing to first to identify the exact nature of the blockage and then to dissolve it with energy work. At the point when the healing came full circle a butterfly encircled me, a validation from nature that this healing work was on the right track. Click here to view Healing for Mack Avenue in Detroit Third Healing - Detroit School System  The third healing was filmed at an abandoned school yard deep within the depressed area of Detroit. Our hearts were breaking to see sweet families with little children living in burned out shells of homes. This session aimed at opening the flow of collective life-force to heal the children, their families, the school system, and the community, local and national: all parties affected by the challenges facing the Detroit School System, represented by this abandoned school. The key to the effectiveness of this session is the awakening of an integrative function in the celestial body which brings together the ability to feel deeply into painful situations while maintaining a stable connection to the Source of Creation, thus perpetuating and accelerating the evolutionary flow of love, which itself becomes the vehicle for healing. By watching this video you are participating in the healing process. Click here to view Healing for the Detroit School System Just a little later in the day, the rains came, another validation that the healing was successful. In the night, much more work took place, including organizing an energy matrix which stretches for miles with nodes representing various aspects of Nature's intelligence. The role of this matrix is to act like a magnet for the fullness which radiates from the river, attracting that fullness into the areas which have long been starving for light and love. The matrix is many times larger and more powerful than the original dark barrier at Mack Avenue which was blocking the flow of fullness from the river. Opening the flow released a lot of frustration and anger. The constraints upon the flow of fullness have been responsible for so much of the anger which resulted in destruction of homes and businesses in this area. In the night, anger was the main energy cleared. I didn't mention anger much in the videos because at the time of the healings this massive block was covered by illusion. So clearing the illusion had to come first. Thank you to the ancestors.   Clearing fear from heart chakras, from circulatory and nervous systems. The fear in the heart chakra seems to be interlaced with the structures of the astral body. The astral body has an energetically protective in the body system. Celestial body is activating qualities of acceptance and unconditional love. These qualities are soothing the relationship between heart chakra and astral body, where fear was present, for yourself and your parents. Unwinding belief patterns in the outer layer of the astral body which lead to defensiveness, sabotage, abuse of self and others, and the perception that choices in challenging situations are limited. The energy of expansion, is communicating from the heart to astral body. These two areas are coordinating their function, organizing to work in tandem. The effect is increased softness, sweetness, and trust between the heart chakra and astral body. These two areas create a self referral loop of devotion to each other first. Through devotion, anything is possible. The result is improved immune system functioning, much greater sensitivity to conditions within the body, and an increased flow of self love. Extending this effect to the relationship between the individual body/mind system and the environment. Our bodies are antennas of the universe. The Universe is the Self. You are the whole universe, but the part which "knows" this, is the body system. The Self perceived and appreciated by its own antenna. The trust necessary for open communication between heart chakra and astral body is extending, like a transmission to the creation. Come what may, Ma, we accept the experience of human life as an expression of Your intelligence. Clearing arrogance from 6 generations of ancestors' four denser levels of the body. Clearing the illusion that I do anything, and that my individuality (the antenna) is responsible for the perfection of the creation. It is not reasonable to expect perfection and the capacity to create the universe from the individuality (body, mind, ego). The antenna (individuality) which is both a receiver and a transmitter, allows Divine Truth to flow to and from the Source of Creation. The doing is in the hands of Divinity, and That is your essential nature, your true Self beyond individuality. This understanding is communicating particularly to the body elemental which is responsible for overall health of the physical form. The body elemental oversees balance of the body systems, and the subtle intelligence which maintains balance at every level of physical functioning. Extensive waves of forgiveness are also flowing through many generations of ancestors for innocently accepting the idea that they are anything but Pure Divinity incarnated in a physical form.  Opening and organizing pathways throughout the Earth energy system to allow better flow of cosmic information for everyone. In the Detroit healings, an energy blockage was identified which stopped the flow of goodness to the people of Detroit, all of whom deserve to live in dignity, comfort, and peace. I am seeing similar blockages in other parts of the world. The particular blockages in the areas where terrorism is destroying quality of life. As in Detroit, in these areas poverty and oppression are responsible for the problems. Under the poverty and oppression is greed and selfishness on the part of very few. Along with this is a complete lack of empathy for humanity, for life, for the precious nature of existence. Addressing this underlying energy which cannot see life as Divine or precious. Asking Ma the best way to proceed.  Clearing entrenched layers of illusion that these barriers are necessary, that without suffering and darkness, the light of Divinity cannot be efficiently or completely expressed. This illusion is simply incorrect. In fact the opposite is true. Belief  in suffering disallows the light of life from shining. The weight and heaviness of this conception is the byproduct of long established misinterpretation of cosmic influences. It looks like a double bind. The blockage expresses itself in the family of humanity in the heart chakra area as entrenched fear. It is like a twist in the energy field when viewed from a collective level. Meanwhile the fear creates the structure which causes the twist. Bowing down to the Narasimha manifestation of the celestial body. This energy is now moving with ease and grace from the stones of the Earth. There is an energetic resonation between the stones in the Earth's crust and the weight and aggravation set up by the current Saturn/Mars retrograde alignment. Humanity has been working on this challenge, this combination for tens of thousands of years. The fear originates from the consequences of past attempts to address this combination. Subtlest Divine Intelligence talking to the stones, and the asteroids from the belt between Mars and Jupiter. Fear is also in their memory. The solution is coming as a karmic clearing for our solar system and 6 other nearby solar systems. The actual adjustment is extremely fine, tender, abstract, from a cosmic point of view. Devas of the Earth's crust are receiving a download which activates the ability to blissfully appreciate the evolutionary value in every point in the mandala like flow of Being through the manifestation process. Offering this download to the feet of Ma. Into the silence it reflects infinitely off of its own nature. The energy is moving in choppy waves, but it is moving, which is good. More forgiveness. In the very heart of our Sun, and from sun to sun, the light is flowing unobstructed. The aspects of our human systems which area associated with the sun, such as the Thalamus, are evolving, transforming, upgrading. Thus allowing humanity to realign itself with a higher truth regarding the interpretation of the influences of Saturn and Mars conjunct and retrograde. This time we have the advantage of unfettered creativity and wisdom to help us overcome the combination of these influences. We are adapting our physiologies to accommodate this situation. We are evolving the ability to expand and contract our energy field to embrace, bless, and adore these massive intelligences which have lived in this solar system much longer than we have been in these bodies, (all lifetimes combined). In a stabilized state of devotion, thus aligned with cosmic evolution, Divine intelligence can now create a stable energy matrix over areas of Earth where greatest suffering currently sits. All my life I work and take care of others, but never have time for myself. It is hard to find a space of love in a life of imperfection. Dorothy:  Earth is a middle world, a cosmic laboratory of sorts where the light and dark meet in various ways to illustrate the dynamism of the relationship between these forces of creation and destruction. This is why the human experience is so fascinating and highly coveted. The nature of Divine light, or Being is to expand at infinite speed. There are worlds in our universe where the light flows without hindrance. The forms of life in these realms have no motivation to slow down the Grace of Divinity, for it is perfect and precious as it is. There are also worlds where the darkness of boundaries and density are much thicker than what we experience on Earth. In the worlds of density it is so hard to conceive of how light can penetrate to illuminate its own nature. On Earth, we have both the presence of density and the presence of Divine light coexisting. Within the context of the human experience it is extremely common to feel unlovable due to self-identified imperfections, shortcomings, weaknesses, etc. Innumerable generations of ancestors have rejected love from both internal and external sources based upon some feeling of inadequacy. Separating from love and feeling separate from one's Divine Nature go hand in hand. However, the choice to feel separate is itself of Divine origin. Anything that we can think of as a "flaw" is a kind of barrier which will inevitably be penetrated by the light of Divinity. However, when the light of Being meets the darkness of boundaries, a cosmic dance occurs which causes the light to move slowly as it washes away ignorance, misunderstanding and all other blockages. The boundaries themselves are codes of sorts which are responsible for the light taking particular shapes as it creates perfect interference patterns for the particular densities which it is vanquishing. Each boundary is completely precious, for each dissolution reveals a new facet of Divinity, a new perspective on the way in which God enters the creation. The choice to suffer a life with boundaries is itself a service to the Creator. I am not advocating suffering here. The Creator can enter the creation through expressions of bliss as easily as through expressions of suffering. The important point is that suffering does have a value in the light of evolution. Being only wants to know itself, to adore itself through Its own self-expression. The boundaries reveal the truth to the whole universe, not just us. The Creator is blessed by our experience of dissolving ignorance. So are the beings who do not want to slow down the light. They can look to Earth and see the details as they are revealed here. The worlds of darkness are also blessed as they are shown the path which light takes to penetrate darkness. We are the laboratory where this amazing story unfolds. The more evolved a person's intellect, the more likely that they will need to slow the light in order to satisfy their soul's need to deeply understand the lesson. Energy healing helps to dissolve any egoic attachment to intellectual understanding and can allow a person to move into the light without getting bogged down in details which perpetuate suffering. Ultimately it is our faults, failings, weaknesses, etc. which make us more adorable in the eyes of the entire creation. It was an old misunderstanding that they made us less adorable. We use these impediments to evolution as leverage to increase light in our own lives and collective life as well. It is because of these shortcomings that the eradication of darkness by light is demonstrated. As the wisdom dawns, that the potential of human consciousness is naturally infinite, that our individuality is merely a Divine antenna experiencing our own Totality dawns, then false beliefs fade away. Generations in the future are opened to live the reality of their full potential and the DNA, the archive of the ancestors, is transformed. Thank you to the ancestors.  On the shores of  the ocean of Being there are no hierarchies, no disparity, only harmonious relevance, clean, clear understanding, fairness, evenness. Every person's soul is intimately familiar with this location. In the center of the ocean is a star of immense proportions. The wisdom of the ages, the greatest masters known to Earth, all this is here. Each participant in this healing session has an investment in this ocean of Being. We come home to this place. Heart chakras open to receive direct cognition of the truth of our position in the universe as honored members of the ancient tradition of light beings. Whether you directly experience it or not, every person in this healing has origins in the ocean of Being. Every one of us is free to move about in the light, to benefit from the infinite wisdom, and to move to the center star according to our nature. As a collective we are moving in waves toward the center sun. Anyone can decide to journey alone and go fast to the center, but to move as a collective satisfies the intention of the Creator to manifest uncountable accomplishments, and to illuminate the path of evolution as a path of indescribable bliss. The experience of union is an experience of unfettered joy. Just being in the presence of the light of the center sun is enough to dissolve any blockages to the unrestricted flow of joy, happiness, and pleasure. Below is a description of a portion of that process ~  Clearing guilt from the spirit body through the physical body concerning experiences of pleasure. Under that clearing attachments and identification with pleasure.  With a flow of forgiveness, clearing the same guilt from the amygdala, nucleus accumbens, and especially the gap between them. Along with the guilt clearing physical toxins from this body and the bodies of previous incarnations. Under the physical toxins, clearing habits, vicious cycles, then pain bodies, more attachments, and under that more guilt. Under that guilt another round of individualized identification clearing in layers with subtle imbalances, such as filters which block the flow of consciousness. These filters are also clearing from areas of the prefrontal cortex.  Under all this clearing sinister force and cords leading to the areas of the prefrontal cortex which is responsible for knowing when a behavior or substance is damaging. Sometimes the damaging substance or behavior disables the part of the brain which warns you not to self sabotage or self damage. Bringing this function back on line through this clearing. In the astral body (responsible for self-protection), restructuring receptor sites so that the cords from locations which are out of favor with your highest evolution are smoothed away. Download to the God presence regarding the organization and structure of cosmic locations which are primary information sources for Earth. Astral body adapting to receive information from highest energy frequency sources, from locations of purest truth, from authentically heart centered homes.  This restructuring is affecting past lives and the collective consciousness of what we know as the Dark Ages of Europe. Evidently, as miserable as that time was for the vast majority of people, there was something in the structure of the average astral body which was alright. There is a bio-memory from this period, which seems to be offered by ancestors as well as direct past life memory, of a configuration which is well in tune with nature.  Looking to filter out low vibrational impressions from the value in this offering. The offering feels like strength and integration in the astral body as well as an elegantly simple receptor site arrangement. This structure is "speaking" through the medium of experience and understanding to the current astral body. The current astral bodies are larger and lighter than those of the past, so some adaptation of the information will be necessary.  The strength and integration are knitting into the system at a point where inner reality synchronizes with outer expression. We are looking at a very fine point in the manifesting process where what we think and feel becomes reality. The importance of bringing in the purest, truest, heart felt, life supporting perspectives, through the astral body to the field of one's human experience is because the energy system is currently restructuring to make life more instantly synchronous. In other words, closing the gap between what we think and feel and what actually manifests at a physical level.  This quickening is starting in the time of the Dark Ages, with seeds as far back as AD 500 (for some people in this session, much, much farther back than that) through to the present. Waves of protection, (being in the right place at the right time) are rippling through the ancestral lines to preserve those individuals whose lineage will find expression in the present time. Mother Divine is holding the ancestral archive in such a way as to promote huge blessing on the ancestors and receiving tidal waves of love and gratitude in return, with infinite reflections (like two mirrors looking at each other) going back and forth.
