Thank you to the ancestors.  Locating the sacred inner sanctum of each participant in the field of Pure Innocence and Truth. This is opening the door for the power of your celestial body to shine forth engaging denser levels of the body to protect, to educate, to cleanse, to nourish, to uplift. The function of the celestial body is like the function of a muscle. The muscle likes to be used and doing so makes it stronger. Your celestial body has the capacity to activate various laws of nature which will self interact to produce specific results. So, the awakening of the celestial body marks a moment of empowerment and the experience of self knowing which leads one to the gentle, delicate internal moves resulting in expansion of Self understanding and new capabilities.  May this recognition of your celestial body capabilities begin by aligning the identity with its highest potential, stabilizing the perfection of progressive change, and smoothing the path with such grace that you can fulfill all obligations without strain. The moment you feel strain, this is the indicator that change is required. Integrating grace and change result in a formula for positive evolutionary growth. Both grace and change are constants in the creation. We can infer that they are therefore very close to the Source of creation. To find Pure Hope, we must visit the moment when you decided to enter this world as your present self. Love motivated you to embrace the challenges presented by the relative field of creation. There was a feeling of pure light, acceptance, and above all a vision of all good for all people. The excitement present at that time was based on the concept of entering into the course of cosmic evolution. The process of cosmic evolution is so massive that there is never a time when we are out of that. If you ever doubted for a moment that you were in the right place at the right time, or that you were doing exactly what you were meant to be doing, there is now no more room for doubt. The very fact that you are living in a human body on Earth at this moment means that you are living your perfection and are inseparable from the intelligence of the Divine which structures the evolution of the multiverse. Layers in multitudes of imbalances are clearing from the four dense levels of the body. There is a brilliant quality of light in the upper portion of the physical body.  Ancestors are involved in this process as many kinds of discordant feelings, primarily fear, are clearing from their four dense levels as well. Compassion is the predominant feeling radiating from the celestial level of the body. The desire to wash away the blockages to pure spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical progress is augmented by softest compassion and your innate capability to fulfill such an honorable desire. Suggestions for Heavenly Sleep Dear Dorothy: Do you have any suggestions for better sleep? Dorothy: Healthy rest is one of the four pillars of life, along with a good diet, appropriate exercise and activity dedicated to the well being of oneself and others. Aligning even one of these pillars with one's full potential will reflect favorably on all the others. Since we spend a third of our life sleeping, it makes sense to ensure that this time is spent wisely. Here are practical tips for getting the most out of your night's sleep: Before the days of electricity, it was common to retire and rise with the sun. Many people today no longer abide by this rule. However, our bodies have not forgotten their connection with the natural world. Our circadian rhythms are naturally attuned with the cycles of day and night. If we honor this natural attunement by aligning our sleep patterns with our circadian rhythms, maximum benefit will be gained from the night's sleep. So aim to be in the bed no later than 9:30 and asleep by 9:45 pm. The ancient natural health system known as Ayurveda recognizes the presence of energy activation in the body from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am which is responsible for healing and rejuvenating the body. If we are in sleep state by this time our body will recover from the day's stresses with maximum efficiency. Magnesium is a wonderful supplement for supporting nervous system, circulatory system, skeletal system and most of all the absorption of calcium. Healthy assimilation of calcium helps ensure deep rest.. There are many great ways to get enough calcium and magnesium in the body to bring on the sleep of a baby. Addressing collective karma. There are levels of density in the environment which can drive life choices and habits away from alignment with one's full potential. Constantly, the energy field of the environment always evolving. As we evolve to a state of union with the Divine, the Divine is ever expressing the intimacy of our essential nature as Pure Love. At the astral level of creation a matrix of light can be seen which connects everyone and everything. Every living thing is a node in this life matrix. Through it one can communicate with the entire universe with an ever-so-tiny intention. Collectively. we are opening the channels of this matrix in places of great density, in places where the connection to Divine intelligence is not fully recognized. The silent peace of the winter season supports the lively engagement of our oldest memories. It does so as the Northern Hemisphere directs its face to the expanses of our galaxy. Reflected cosmic light rekindles memories which span back to times before Earth was fromed. Our bodies were not as dense as now, and our consciousness, greatly expanded, participated in the formation of many worlds. We are still the great expanded, unified originators of the multiverse. It is from this level of the self that the darkness which still grips large portions of humanity can be addressed with grace. Now clearing fear from the body of all humanity. For most people in the neck and throat area. For many people this is clearing from the heart. As fear clears from the heart, hatred clears from the neck and throat. The exquisite, beautiful light of the reality of your celestial Self surrounds all mankind with Pure Compassion, Pure Forgiveness, Pure Truth. Seeing a manifestation of sparkling white light in the cord of light of all people, from the neck through the crown of the head. So much awakening of awareness is taking place with the activation of this light. The celestial self has put a node, which looks like a sphere of light, above the head of everyone. This light-sphere is comprised of the pure radiance of Divine Being, beautiful and etheric. I knew that we are powerful together, but had no idea that we could do this. I am impressed. The sparkling light is creating moments of happiness consistently throughout the collective of humanity. Leaving no one out, people are feeling joy who haven't felt it for years. People are glimpsing their potential for happiness. Many people are finding this light expressed as music. (That's interesting.) This light of Pure Awareness is stirring purification for everyone's bodies in these areas. Now clearing smoke, attachments to smoke, addictions to chemicals in smoke. Extended to all forms of self-abuse. Clearing entities, pain bodies, and attachments to pain in the head also from the heart through the head. From the back of the mouth, and upper throat area, clearing addictions and attachments to impure foods and poisons such as alcohol. These attachments go back for generations. Working with ancestors, clearing attachment to the feeling of heat in the back of the throat produced by toxic substances. Separating the particular warmth connected to toxins with the emotion of comfort. Questions and Answers about Healings for Our Ancestors   Dear Dorothy: I have been curious about ancestors. You always extend healing to them in your opening prayer. I don't think I understand how ancestors relate to us in the present moment. Are ancestors our own un-resolved pieces? Dorothy: I just LOVE your question.  One great place to go for an introduction to the topic of healings for ancestors is this video. Dear Dorothy: Thanks for the link. I checked out the video. I understand things to be a continuum. Changes made at a given moment change the whole, and this is how far I got. :) Dorothy: Yes, you got it. Our DNA is constantly changing and we can affect the direction of that change by uplifting the energy frequencies of the ancestors by interacting with them in such a way as to support their evolution. Since we are the expression of their immortality, any evolutionary progress we make reflects back to them as well. So, by helping them, we are helping ourselves, and vice-versa. We are recreating our bodies from the molecular level up to reflect Divine intelligence, Divine love. Dear Dorothy: Does this relationship and change occur whether one has a good, bad or indifferent connection or expression with their ancestors? At a basic level an ancestor is one who is dead, but one who in someway contributed to our DNA. Or can it be someone more than that, one who is wise and has some deep impact on our life? Could other people in this life, for example, spiritual guides or teachers on our journey, be our ancestors? I see them affecting change on a deep level as well. Or, is ancestor a word/idea used to relay the gritty feeling of some very deep connection with ones family members of origin only? Good, bad or indifferent, this gritty feeling of connection never goes away. Is this what this word describes? Dorothy: To answer your first question, yes, you can affect change in the ancestors regardless of whether you like them or not. The important point to note is that what you do to them, you are actually doing to your own DNA. Educating them, loving them, forgiving them, etc. affords you control over the way in which your DNA changes. It is by interacting with our ancestors from the finest level of feeling that we affect specific changes in our own DNA. Always enter the ancestral archive with the intention all good for everyone, unity, wholeness. Regarding who is an ancestor: the whole universe affects us. The ancestors, as our predecessors, affect us on the level of our physical form. One needs a very flexible, stable, buoyant nervous system to support more expanded consciousness and refined perception, which are the constituents of spiritual development. It is known that one parent is often more dominant in the body than the other. This principle goes back for generations. So with all the genetic material to choose from, we are favoring some ancestors over others all the way along. Certainly other wonderful people also have an impact on our thinking, perceptions, and understandings. Many people who have not contributed to your current physiology genetically can well be members of your soul family or family members from past lives. Also, just doing the math, anyone of European descent today is related to any bearer of offspring who was living in Europe 1,700 years ago. If you go back further, all human beings on Earth are related, of course. We are all one family. The gritty feeling which you experience seems to me to be an energy frequency within your personal family line. So, yes, it is an ancestral feeling, but not universally experienced. Some families have other kinds of feelings. The fact that you feel this is so fortunate for you and for your family. It is the kind of sensation which, when felt, can be modified, healed, transformed into light, evolved into pure Divine energy. So, keep it logged until you are ready to address it. Some people never notice such feelings and end up being pushed around by them. The fact that you feel it means that you are in a position of power to make it change. Thank you to the presence of Divinity in all who participate in this healing. Thank you for being the light of life on our sweet planet Earth and for contributing your wise perspective to the evolution and expansions of consciousness in the family of mankind at this time. Deep in the central nervous system a stabilization of the Light of God is taking place. A room is being prepared to house the presence of God within you. For the average person, the presence of God hovers above the physical body. However, the purpose of this healing is to bring that Divine energy directly into the physical form and stabilize it centered in the heart area, so that it becomes the guiding light of life in every moment. Feeling into the energy field of everyone reading. Seeing the Divinity as it sits in relationship to the body. Expanding the three-fold structure of energies which reside in the sacred chamber of the heart to the whole field of the body, so that the whole body takes on the nature of the sacred chamber of the heart. This is particularly affecting the etheric body, which is knowing its nature to be akin to that of the celestial body, beyond dimension, large and small at the same time. A beautiful integration of the law of Nature responsible for transcending space/time is stabilizing in all four denser levels of the physiology. Doing this spontaneously creates an independence within the being from getting caught up in small considerations. It frees one from constraints set up by the individualized ego. This awakens clear perception and appreciation of thought, speech, and action as simultaneously expressed within space/time and cosmic, infinite, eternal. The presence of the Divine can now descend into the area occupied by the physical form. Having created the body, the creator enters into it. There is an energy upsurge in the brain and spine area, with an awakening of awareness or sensitivity in this area. The eternal nature of Being gently, (this may take a minute of two for some people) slides into the body. As the light of one's pure eternal essence enters the body, it clears each chakra as it penetrates. Chakras eight through twelve are not so deeply affected as they are by nature more abstract. Starting at chakra seven however, a restructuring of the energy frequency to resonate precisely with the Eternal Self is occurring. As the God presence moves from 7 to 6 to 5 etc, an integration takes place between the chakras as well. A tuning of the frequency is creating a spontaneous clearing of the meridians between chakras as well. I am seeing bodies sloughing off pain of various forms as the God presence flows into the form. As the God presence comes to the heart chakra, the hub of the wheel of life, the ability to self-love within the context of loving God is activated in its fullest value. As the God presence moves into the thicker, more stable energies of the lower chakras 3, 2, and 1, these areas are filled with wholesome energy capable of carrying forth the intentions of the heart, of establishing solid health throughout the whole body, of providing the resources of energy and creativity needed to accomplish anything. At this point the God presence has direct access to Mother Earth through you, thus positioning you to be of real use to the cause of healing your world and the rest of humanity through your love, creativity, intelligence, and wisdom. May the light of God within you radiate into every corner of your universe. May it unmistakably mark every thought, word, and action. May it reflect out of every corner of creation back to you, ever multiplying its power to maintain balance throughout all the worlds, and establish your consciousness in the Highest Heaven, even as you live your life on Earth. May grace flow before you, behind you and through you always. New Blog Post: Using Anger as a Tool for Emotional Liberation Dear Dorothy: You talk about how the environment reflects our stuff---the issues that we may have repressed and stuffed away in a closet.  So for example, I may have chosen not to express anger, and so it has gotten repressed and is in my energetic baggage. I have tons of repressed anger, I think that's why am experiencing physical challenges. Dorothy:   I can sympathize with the tendency to resist expressing anger. I did this most of my life until it caused a miscarriage. Frustrating situations were compounding. I was so afraid of hurting other people's feelings that I kept working harder to accommodate everyone. My liver got too hot. I was bleeding too much, and couldn't stop because of the heat. Baby died and I ended up in the hospital. It was awful. More painful than my live births. The baby was my teacher. She showed me that anger is sharp. It points internally to that which requires attention. The discomfort of anger draws awareness to inner locations which require the flow of love and understanding to heal. Many people direct attention outward when they feel angry. "She or he made me mad" or "that situation is so frustrating." Blaming an unborn child is simply not an option, right? Baby showed me that anger is a gift which lets you see the root of a problem which would have otherwise have been hidden from view. The person or situation that seems to be causing anger is creating a stirring within which allowed the hidden anger within us to surface. Once one is aware of the heat of the anger, then one can follow that feeling to its source and locate the original damage responsible for the angry feeling. So individuality and Divinity are easily seen as facets of the same underlying reality. Questions and Answers from New Weight Management Program Participants  Dear Dorothy: I am finding this to be a very profound journey with many subtle changes. One noticeable happening is my dreams at night - non stop - very involved and many. I am just observing and telling myself during the dreams that these are just clearings/past life I believe, as I recognize no one- but there are feelings attached and I have been requiring more sleep each night. Is this correct? Dorothy: Taking more rest is always good. At this time of year when the seasons change, especially, most people need more rest. The fact that you are naturally doing this displays a good attunement between your physical body and self awareness. It is not unlikely that integration of the work we are doing together in the Ideal Weight Management sessions happens during sleep. This is a natural time for the body to renew and rejuvenate, for the nervous system to integrate the important events of the day. The intense dreaming is certainly a reflection of the dynamic changes which are happening now to restructure the new you. To make this experience smoother I highly recommend a fifteen minute soak using magnesium bath crystals before bed brings the sleep of a baby. The effects last for days. If it is too much to soak the whole body, just the feet will be nearly as good. Find them here.   ​Dear Dorothy: I have been effortlessly making new food choices, I feel a shift happening with no weight loss as yet and often when I ask my body what it wants to eat it's a total blank. I run through all kinds of possibilities but no response. The idea of not eating still brings up fear so I eat something then wish I hadn't.  : (    Any suggestions? ​Dorothy: ​ One reason you are not getting a clear answer from the body is because the answer is not food. The answer is a behavior or activity which really thrills or excites you. Something you will totally enjoy and will be completely in line with the development of your full potential. A huge congratulations on the new food choices! It is important to appreciate yourself for every step in the direction of permanent, sustainable thin behaviors. They add up and will result in long term, stable weight normalization. Also, when these changes come it is good to receive them as the "new normal". If you back slide a bit, no worries, know that sometimes that can happen when integration of a new behavior is taking place. We are aiming for effortless normalization for life. Yes? Feeling a powerful integration of Being as we collectively synchronize our intention to support the highest possible outcome for this session. Intention and love combined with innocent desire for the good of all. This is expressed physically as an increase of awareness in the prefrontal cortex and the heart simultaneously. There seems to be a flow of frequency out the front of the forehead, which is showering light into the environment in a highly orderly fashion. It has a quality of both offering and asking, as in a humble request. The question being posed is what can be the most orderly and effective way to support all life now. The answer back is being received through the same channel that a beam from the heart also will make a more powerful signal. The frequency of these two beams is creating a relationship as between two musical notes. There is an effect like a choir resulting from the collective of this healing session. Many exquisite patterns of light/subtle sound radiating to the soul of mankind, and the creation. The sound is highly integrative, causing an activation of the celestial level of the body of each participant. This is a self referral loop of consciousness which is awakening the inner power in each person, the ancient, capable aspect of everyone to self heal, to address situations with grace. The two principles which are surfacing just now are: 1. That every single situation and circumstance is for the sake of evolution. Even destruction can be seen as blessed as it clears the way for further progress. 2. That letting go of expectations is the key for results to exceed expectations.   With the power of our healing collective, this message is going to all parts of the world, purifying misunderstandings and dramas. Under that masses of layers of pain bodies, and attachments to suffering. I am seeing millions of souls clearing addictions, attachments, and contracts with their suffering. They are coming to simplicity and prepared to genuinely love themselves, some for the first time in their lives. Deep waves of forgiveness flowing as internal loops within the hearts of these millions. This is also flowing to their ancestors. So much gratitude, appreciation and above all compassionate forgiveness flowing. This flow is so vast and powerful that it is touching areas of emptiness, places where the deepest fears and misunderstandings have been sitting in the souls of mankind. Simplicity and order are structuring in areas which have been chaotic and misunderstood for ages. I am feeling a sense of great relief. This is happening in the physical body in the area of the throat and heart. It is allowing individuals to feel free to express their truth, to feel safe expressing what they feel, and resolving situations which were the result of fear and constraint for generations. Gratitude and appreciation, innocently offered, is flowing back into the collective of this session. We, in turn, innocently allow that love to flow through us to the Highest Divine. Like a machine which is creating the manifest world from unmanifest consciousness, a profound restructuring of the universe is taking place by the blessings of the Mother of the Universe in her gratitude for the beauty which has been offered at her feet through this healing session. The result is an increase in synchronicity at all levels of creation. Living in tune with this synchrony is the spontaneous byproduct of the integration of heart and mind with which we began this healing session. May you always feel the relationship between heart and mind. May you always spontaneously know which direction is most auspicious to take.
