New Blog Post: Differences between Energy Healers Dear Dorothy: When I first read your biography on your website, I felt very strongly that we may have seen the same healer. Did ******** help you with your health concerns years ago? If so, this is the same person I told you about who cured me of Lyme disease. I just had to ask because it was coming through so crystal clear, and I have not been able to shake it. Perhaps I am completely wrong, but I had to ask. :) Dorothy: Yes, I saw ******** in 2008 when I was really quite ill. I was experiencing subtle perception at that time but hadn't put 2 + 2 together to realize that my ability to perceive energy was a key to self healing. When I saw him it was in a large group at the local public library. I was aware of the energetic forms accompanying him which were activating healing transformation for the meeting participants, including me. These values of intelligence could penetrate the body and were shifting energies around to help myself and others heal. Since I could see inside my own body, it occurred to me that I might be able to affect the energy transformations myself. If they could do it, I could do it. This turned out to be correct. It was a great "Ah-ha" moment. There are quite a lot of energy healers in this area. They all work from a common source of understanding but express and work from that understanding in a diverse spectrum of ways, each unique, each amazing. The basic differences between myself and the other healer you mention are: 1. This other energy healer feels that he is one of a kind, and that no one else can do what he does. From his perspective, he is doing something that is affecting others in a unique way. In my perspective, what any healer does is not unique. At any moment the entire universe is reflecting everything which you are back to you. In my experience, people heal themselves. I select to reflect the cosmic healer that is within the client. Everyone has a choice of what part of another to reflect. The fact is, I don't heal you or anyone. One's own Divine Nature heals them. I recognize and honor That, then express what I experience of It. Your attention is itself the breath of the Divine in you. During our sessions, both group and individual, we collectively direct attention to intelligently address the area that requires change from the capability, power, and resource of the inner healer. Everyone's healing potential is infinite. 2. This other energy healer experiences a retinue of healing helpers as separate entities which work on behalf of his clients.  It is my perspective that there is only the Self. Everyone is a part of the whole, and the whole is reflected fully in each of its parts. In essence, you are this entire universe. If a blessing or healing comes from a source of pure intelligence, this is an aspect of one's own intelligence. All that you know, all that you see, all that exists is an expression of your very Being. So, angels, saints, masters, etc.-- these are expressions of the body's celestial level, one's most abstract intelligence, endlessly folding in on itself in wondrous ways to create evolutionary change. I like to work from the premise that everyone has autonomy over their own healing process. This puts the responsibility but also the power in one's own hands. The expansion of consciousness taking place on Earth at this time supports self-empowerment and sustainable forms of cultural expression in all areas, including energy healing. Different people need different approaches in order to activate their internal healing mechanisms. Everyone is attracted to the healer who works best for them. Thank you to the ancestors.  Clearing sadness from the head and sinus area. Under this clearing hopelessness. These discordant feelings are in both the physical body and the etheric body. There is a feeling of letting go of hopes which needs to be addressed. Clearing grief in the chest (physical and etheric) connected to this feeling. Pure Love and Pure Compassion are establishing a holy space in the heart where the Mother of the Universe abides permanently. She radiates happiness, compassion, and love from this location. There is also something here which looks like a crystal of light. Very bright and beautiful. This crystal light seems to have two functions: 1) Stabilizing all good in this part of the body and 2) acting as a point of reference for wisdom and truth. Seeing cords of time folding in on themselves in a churning fashion. This is happening at the spirit level of the body and is creating an increase in light. It appears that there are some fears about past and future. These are being released through the churning action. This moment is the only moment. All moments are contained within this one. So, regardless of the appearance of the past and future, this moment is the point from which everything is being created. I realize that most of you know this well, but it is going into the spirit body and communicating to you in the past, prior to the expanded spiritual understanding that you currently possess. From the power of this moment, love is flowing to the spirit body, to all the past of yourself. Self-forgiveness for those times when what appeared to be failures, shortcomings, and weaknesses hid the Divine Self. Expectations are a combination of enthusiasm over a possible manifestation mixed with a desire to control the process of that manifestation. The first part of the process is beautiful and tells you that the intial desire is aligned with your highest potential. The second part limits the ability of the Eternal Self to exceed the expected outcome. The desire to control is an outgrowth of six aspects and fear. So these, along with habits and memory patterns, are clearing from the mental body: all four layers and the gaps between them. The celestial and causal levels of the body are simply bowing down in humility to the Creator of the Universes at each moment, with each thought, desire, intention. This healing is now creating a simple pattern of folding back into infinity in the present moment with each wave of intelligence, and the Mother of the Universe is folding total love and support for every intention back into the manifest self.   Thank you for being with me, Love and gratitude, Dorothy

Wealth Has an Energy Signature That You Can Cultivate with Self-Love and a Simple Exercise Dear Dorothy: Perhaps my personal situation will mirror others. Achieving any wealth or financial stability has remained an elusive endeavor. Nearing 70, it looks pretty bleak in creating a secure and fulfilled life money-wise. It is not for lack of trying but my work life often centered on working for nonprofit organizations. I find myself having to live off a very small pension. Also money just flows out of my life not into my life. I have done a lot of inner work over the years but lack of money is one huge obstacle. This lack of money and the stress that accompanies this lack limits choices and often joy. Dorothy: Many people believe that the capacity to develop themselves ("You can't teach an old dog new tricks.") and achieve great things, (believing that this will take a long time) decreases as they grow older. However, from the perspective that the present moment is the platform of ultimate power, this in not the case. The feeling of lack underlies the experience that money flows out not into one's life. Lack has an energetic frequency which increases as it is harbored in the awareness. Shifting from a perspective of lack to perspective of financial abundance is a great place to start one's journey toward increased abundance in life. The deeper and more powerful the shift in consciousness from thinking of oneself as being a "poor person" to being a "financially fulfilled person" is the key. You are brilliant, capable, sensible, and resourceful. You have so much good to offer the world. Through your offerings you have the potential to be well rewarded financially. A helpful exercise to eliminate the feeling of lack and replace it with an internal experience of affluence can be done with a blank check register. Using the blank check register, imagine possessing a bank account into which you will be depositing money every day for a year. The more completely you can imagine this as real, the more powerful the transformation of consciousness will be. On the first day deposit $1,000 in your "bank account." Each successive day's deposit will be $1,000 more than the deposit of the previous day. Example: deposit $1,000 on day one, $2,000 on day two, $3,000 on day three, etc.  Keep a running total of the money in your account. Pay close attention to how this makes you feel. The feeling will be different for different amounts of money. It is very interesting.  It is important to record expenditures as well. Imagine what you would buy, or how you would use the money after it has come into your possession. Notice the different feelings between spending money on mundane expenses vs. things you really want.  How this exercise makes you feel is important! It is the feeling which restructures self identity, thus your perspective. Anytime a pleasant feeling arises, adopt that feeling, cherish it, own it. Accepting the feeling achieves the purpose of the exercise. Clearly feel what it means to have financial abundance--more than enough to meet all personal needs. This feeling will be regularly recognized as an aspect of your self. Pay attention to how the feeling affects other areas of life. The experience of this feeling in the field of consciousness means that it already exists within you. Great wealth is within the range of your potential regardless of your age, gender, race, or history. Changing feelings takes seconds. Consistent increase of actual income takes a little longer. Restructured consciousness and imagination fueled by excitement, joy, and creativity will restructure the world around you to bring the information, resources, and perfect timing required to manifest fortune. Most people find that the transformation from little wealth to great wealth requires an expansion of self-love. One must truly know that they are worthy of living in a state of genuine comfort, power, and happiness. Authentic self-love spontaneously expands to embrace the world with empathy, compassion, devotion, and generosity. Establishment in true self-love, unbounded and devoted to the well-being of all, positions you to avoid the pitfalls of the wealthy in previous centuries (vanity, conceit, narcissism, etc.) May you find your financial status evolving forward with unbounded freedom from this time forward. This request falls into the silent field of the Source of creation, the field of Pure Potentiality. Working at an exceedingly delicate level, the impulse to integrate the presence of Divinity with individuality is of basic to all healing processes.  Imagination is an internal language shared between the mind and the God presence. Through this language of perception and experience, the way is made clear for your dreams to be realized. Your individuality knows its longings and the God presence knows how to make those longings become a reality. To bring your dreams to fruition the individuality and the God presence must communicate. That communication takes place through the common language of imagination. Imagination is another way of looking at the universal language of perception and experience.  Imagination is a whole brain activity involving all of the subtle senses. When we imagine an experience our bodies respond chemically to our inner vision as if the experience is actually happening. This physical response is picked up as a direct communication to the God presence.  It is the power of emotion which fuels the manifestation of the vision which has been cultivated between the individuality and the God presence. The best time to coordinate efforts between the mind, body, and Being is when you are settled, when you can immerse yourself in the internal experience of living the life of your dreams. It is best to find a consistent time each day to take a few seconds to entertain your cherished goals. Notice how these goals make you feel. Own the feeling of joy that comes with conception of your dreams. This ownership redefines who you are. Only a new you will be able to structure a new experience. The power in this exercise is not in its length, but its depth. When the feeling is deep within you and you know it to be the very definition of your true nature, then it will give rise to concrete changes. The purpose of this exercise is achieved when the internal transformation occurs.  This healing is augmenting your ability to use this tool of imagination most effectively. Clearing discordant feelings from the second chakra primarily, also first and third. Second chakra is characterized by creativity. Now clearing fear of shame, embarrassment, guilt, ridicule. Under that, clearing self identification, habits and memory patterns. Clearing the same discordant feelings from the spirit body (past/distand past) along with impressions, memory patterns, and individual identification. Love matrix and 32 point matrix establishing in lower three chakras and spirit body. Also seeing primordial white light flowing into the 1st, 6th, and 7th chakras. Now clearing from parents and grandparents the illusion that it is shameful to expend energy and personal resources on oneself. Serving others, family and community is basic to the process of heart expansion. However, there is no shame in addressing the needs of one's own body, mind, and heart. It is so healthy for you and for your heart to expand through the process of kindness to yourself. You Are Important   This healing is activated when read. You are important. What you experience is important. The reasons that brought you to be in a human form are important. Regardless of what anyone at anytime thinks or says, know that your existence in this present moment is the means by which the Light of the World is knowing Itself as this multiverse. For all practical purposes, there is only one experience of this Light, and each of us is living it, each of us is a different facet on the crystal of this one reality.    Loving every nuance of this experience opens the door for grace to find expression in life. The presence of grace binds the individual experience to cosmic evolution. It ensures success beyond expectations. Everyone is basically thoughtful, compassionate, sensible, innocent, and wonderful. Thank you to the ancestors.  Locating the sacred inner sanctum of each participant in the field of Pure Innocence and Truth. This is opening the door for the power of your celestial body to shine forth engaging denser levels of the body to protect, to educate, to cleanse, to nourish, to uplift. The function of the celestial body is like the function of a muscle. The muscle likes to be used and doing so makes it stronger. Your celestial body has the capacity to activate various laws of nature which will self interact to produce specific results. So, the awakening of the celestial body marks a moment of empowerment and the experience of self knowing which leads one to the gentle, delicate internal moves resulting in expansion of Self understanding and new capabilities.  May this recognition of your celestial body capabilities begin by aligning the identity with its highest potential, stabilizing the perfection of progressive change, and smoothing the path with such grace that you can fulfill all obligations without strain. The moment you feel strain, this is the indicator that change is required. Integrating grace and change result in a formula for positive evolutionary growth. Both grace and change are constants in the creation. We can infer that they are therefore very close to the Source of creation. Together they can be guided by Pure Hope to act as a catalyst for the manifestation of your dearest desires. To find Pure Hope, we must visit the moment when you decided to enter this world as your present self. Love motivated you to embrace the challenges presented by the relative field of creation. There was a feeling of pure light, acceptance, and above all a vision of all good for all people. The excitement present at that time was based on the concept of entering into the course of cosmic evolution. The process of cosmic evolution is so massive that there is never a time when we are out of that. If you ever doubted for a moment that you were in the right place at the right time, or that you were doing exactly what you were meant to be doing, there is now no more room for doubt. The very fact that you are living in a human body on Earth at this moment means that you are living your perfection and are inseparable from the intelligence of the Divine which structures the evolution of the multiverse. Layers in multitudes of imbalances are clearing from the four dense levels of the body. There is a brilliant quality of light in the upper portion of the physical body.  Ancestors are involved in this process as many kinds of discordant feelings, primarily fear, are clearing from their four dense levels as well. Compassion is the predominant feeling radiating from the celestial level of the body. The desire to wash away the blockages to pure spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical progress is augmented by softest compassion and your innate capability to fulfill such an honorable desire. Suggestions for Heavenly Sleep Dear Dorothy: Do you have any suggestions for better sleep? Dorothy: Healthy rest is one of the four pillars of life, along with a good diet, appropriate exercise and activity dedicated to the well being of oneself and others. Aligning even one of these pillars with one's full potential will reflect favorably on all the others. Since we spend a third of our life sleeping, it makes sense to ensure that this time is spent wisely. Here are practical tips for getting the most out of your night's sleep: Before the days of electricity, it was common to retire and rise with the sun. Many people today no longer abide by this rule. However, our bodies have not forgotten their connection with the natural world. Our circadian rhythms are naturally attuned with the cycles of day and night. If we honor this natural attunement by aligning our sleep patterns with our circadian rhythms, maximum benefit will be gained from the night's sleep. So aim to be in the bed no later than 9:30 and asleep by 9:45 pm. The ancient natural health system known as Ayurveda recognizes the presence of energy activation in the body from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am which is responsible for healing and rejuvenating the body. If we are in sleep state by this time our body will recover from the day's stresses with maximum efficiency. Magnesium is a wonderful supplement for supporting nervous system, circulatory system, skeletal system and most of all the absorption of calcium. Healthy assimilation of calcium helps ensure deep rest.. There are many great ways to get enough calcium and magnesium in the body to bring on the sleep of a baby. Addressing collective karma. There are levels of density in the environment which can drive life choices and habits away from alignment with one's full potential. Constantly, the energy field of the environment always evolving. As we evolve to a state of union with the Divine, the Divine is ever expressing the intimacy of our essential nature as Pure Love. At the astral level of creation a matrix of light can be seen which connects everyone and everything. Every living thing is a node in this life matrix. Through it one can communicate with the entire universe with an ever-so-tiny intention. Collectively. we are opening the channels of this matrix in places of great density, in places where the connection to Divine intelligence is not fully recognized. The silent peace of the winter season supports the lively engagement of our oldest memories. It does so as the Northern Hemisphere directs its face to the expanses of our galaxy. Reflected cosmic light rekindles memories which span back to times before Earth was fromed. Our bodies were not as dense as now, and our consciousness, greatly expanded, participated in the formation of many worlds. We were highly unified as a collective, existing as the first great beings at the beginning of time.  These memories and understanding of our origin are not lost. One can ask, "Where is my 3 year old self?" The answer is "here." The answer is no different if we ask, "Where is my 8 billion year old self?" Who we were, and who we are, are one in the same. We are still the great expanded, unified originators of the multiverse. It is from this level of the self that the darkness which still grips large portions of humanity can be addressed with grace. Now clearing fear from the body of all humanity. For most people in the neck and throat area. For many people this is clearing from the heart. As fear clears from the heart, hatred clears from the neck and throat. The exquisite, beautiful light of the reality of your celestial Self surrounds all mankind with Pure Compassion, Pure Forgiveness, Pure Truth. Seeing a manifestation of sparkling white light in the cord of light of all people, from the neck through the crown of the head. So much awakening of awareness is taking place with the activation of this light. The celestial self has put a node, which looks like a sphere of light, above the head of everyone. This light-sphere is comprised of the pure radiance of Divine Being, beautiful and etheric. I knew that we are powerful together, but had no idea that we could do this. I am impressed. The sparkling light is creating moments of happiness consistently throughout the collective of humanity. Leaving no one out, people are feeling joy who haven't felt it for years. People are glimpsing their potential for happiness. Many people are finding this light expressed as music. (That's interesting.) This light of Pure Awareness is stirring purification for everyone's bodies in these areas. Now clearing smoke, attachments to smoke, addictions to chemicals in smoke. Extended to all forms of self-abuse. Clearing entities, pain bodies, and attachments to pain in the head also from the heart through the head. From the back of the mouth, and upper throat area, clearing addictions and attachments to impure foods and poisons such as alcohol. These attachments go back for generations. Working with ancestors, clearing attachment to the feeling of heat in the back of the throat produced by toxic substances. Separating the particular warmth connected to toxins with the emotion of comfort.
