There's so much about that sentence that I don't really understand ("internal structures" ... "fundamentally modes of the celestial body") but what really gave rise to this inquiry is a need for a definition of "God presence."  If God essentially KNOWS and IS everything, how is it that a download is necessary regarding a "clear understanding" of anything? Dorothy: What a beautiful question! Thank you for asking. Note: This question refers to a point from an email I sent out to clients after a Distance Energy Work session. Group Distance Energy Work sessions are offered weekdays as an economic option for those who would like immediate or ongoing healing attention for concerns. They are the foundation of some of the most powerful healing technologies and concepts that I have yet discovered in the field of energy healing. To everyone who has ever participated in this program, I offer sincere gratitude, as it is their Divine Intelligence which is responsible for the beautiful and transformative healings which have blessed these sessions.  The question above connects to a basic premise which underlies every private consultation and distance healing session. The premise puts energy work into an overall context of the relationship between oneself and God. The heart of the matter is the difference between personal and impersonal God, between individual Divinity and Cosmic Self. Cosmic Self is the One, the Field of Totality, everything that ever was, everything that ever will be, everything that might have been, or could be. To This One, nothing can be added or subtracted. Therefore we can infer that Wholeness Itself does not change. This singular, non-changing field of pure silence constrains itself into the context of human existence, as well the whole material creation. Within human existence, Cosmic Self experiences life as us, with us, ever-changing, ever-growing. It can thus be understood as never-changing from the perspective of Wholeness and ever-changing from the perspective of human experience. In Vedic science, the Cosmic Self, the One God, the Totality, is called Purushottama. The individualized aspect of God is called "Thousand-Headed Purusha" in its male aspect or "Thousand-Headed Mother Divine" in its female aspect. Purushottama and the individualized aspects of God are also known as the impersonal and personal aspects of the Divine Being, respectively. For the sake of my work, I sometimes refer to personal God as "God presence." Since the God presence is experiencing life as us, through us, it knows what we know, it grows as we grow. Our evolution is the evolution of Divinity through us. Thus we become the instruments of Divine or Cosmic evolution. This is such an incredible privilege and honor. It justifies the learning curve and brings glory to every weakness which becomes a strength, every problem which we turn into an opportunity. Regarding the other question about modes of the celestial body, again I would like to offer a contextual framework. The range of manifestation of the body is from the dense physical level to the celestial. This celestial level of our being is the most abstract level of the manifested self. This celestial level of the body sits right next to the unmanifest Source Field of Creation. Our celestial body looks and acts like a field rather than resembling a physical structure. The range of our celestial body is from the beginning of creation (the Big Bang) to the end of this cycle of creation, the collapse, when everything will return to a singularity. The range of our celestial body also extends to every corner of space. You have always existed as individuality as well as wholeness. We have all been involved in the evolution of the universe in some capacity or another, since it began this cycle. The universe is ever-striving to know itself more completely, more adoringly. The process of expanding self understanding underlies all we do, and is at the basis of universal function as well. Because the celestial body is near the silent Source of Creation, it is deeply quiet, like the silent field of Being, Itself, but slightly humming. Any manifestation in the field of creation begins with a mode of the celestial body. In other words, this celestial field of the body hums or resonates in a frequency required to create specific effects. What we experience as the inner space upon which thoughts, actions, and perceptions evolve is the hum of one's celestial body. The hum is the "nature" of the inner space. I think of these resonations as modes. Just as a musical instrument is capable of playing in a variety of keys, so the potential of the celestial body to hum in various modes is infinite. When powerful healing transformations are required, first one cherishes the vision of the goal, then offers this vision to the Source of Self. The Source then communicates to the celestial body the precise frequency, or combination of frequencies to form a foundation empowering a sense of "self" fully capable of melting cancer tumors, activating the immune system, regrowing tissues, or whatever the body requires. Some healers look upon these resonations, or modes, as angels, ascended masters, forms of gods, etc. The value of this approach is that it initiates the frequency of sincere gratitude along with the celestial body mode. Since gratitude is one of the pillars of the healing process, this would be likened to adding an engine to the healing process. Very precious. However, it is not my experience that anything in the universe actually resides outside the range of the celestial body other than the Source of Creation itself. Even then there is such a deeply intimate relationship between the celestial level of self and the Source Field that to find the difference between the two requires finest perception. The celestial body is capable of creating an infinity of resonations in order to produce literally any effect. May we all learn to harness the infinity potential of the celestial body and create a life and a world which reflects Divinity in its most complete form. Thank you to the ancestors.  I feel a deep present connection between everyone in this session and the Mother of Creation. There is an energy medicine coming form Earth. It is resonating in the four dense levels of the body. This energy medicine brings an antidote to despair, hopelessness, and apathy. It looks as if these feelings are a byproduct of beliefs and habits of self-abuse. Clearing first individual identification, habits, impressions, and memory patterns associated with behaviors and memories of actions which have a destructive effect on the self, from the four dense levels of the body, especially the etheric level. Under that, clearing pain bodies and their attachment and connections to discomfort. Clearing the illusion that experiences of self sacrifice and suffering are somehow honorable or righteous. What we experience radiates through us to the whole creation. If we are intentionally hurting ourselves, this radiates as a destructive energy to the environment. Clearing filters to consciousness from the physical brain structure, mental and emotional bodies which block the ability to see the effects of one's actions towards oneself reflected in the environment. Clearing pain bodies, attachments, and ego associated with self abuse, from the four dense levels of the body. The superconscious is the energy structure responsible for self-love, ranging from celestial to physical levels in the body. This structure is affecting healthy upgrades for the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. It is interfacing with these organs to support maximum pleasure and joy in the human experience. The pituitary gland especially has the potential to make one feel truly wonderful through healthiest hormone regulation and production. The formula for a balance of Divine pituitary function is downloading from the Source of Creation directly to this organ. For most people in this session this healthy condition will stabilize fully with about a day. Can anything more can be done for the superconscious? Clearing judgments and expectations from superconscious. Clearing the same for the ancestors for five generations. Feeling an emotional catharsis coming on. There is a great outpouring of discordant feelings from ancestors. Ancestors are releasing much grief, sadness, more depression. Under that, they are releasing anger, frustration, and rage. Under that there is a red line. Everyone has a line which, when crossed, gives rise to intense responses. Usually lines are respected. When the line is crossed, one must decide how to move. These lines are internal ultimatums. Two things: 1) The placement of the line. All lines need to be assessed in the light of reason and one's ultimate goal of complete union with God. Any line which does not support one's highest spiritual goals is probably squandering precious internal resources. These lines are soul contracts which make a person vulnerable to unhappiness and illness. The crossing of a line nearly always the catalyst for the onset of serious or life threatening illness. 2) Respect for the line. I am seeing a pattern of the line being violated repeatedly as the foundation for deep-seated stress in the system, particularly through the distant past and the collective of humanity. Violation of human rights, for instance are behind the build up of collective stress which leads to collective outbursts such as war. Addressing this by placing  necessary lines in a position so that one always has the autonomy to self protect prior to the line being violated. Clearing soul contracts, vows, commitments, promises, etc, in the spirit world before entering this incarnation. Working with the organizing principles of karma at the celestial level of the body. Seeing the karma. Seeing the collective of this healing session addressing the karma with a golden light emanating from the third chakra. For some people there is a habit of trying to address this from the 5th chakra (speech). The 3rd chakra approach can combine with speech, but ultimately it is the light of the sun in the solar plexus which is really creating the transformation. This sunlight is reflecting off and through the geographical bodies of water thus gaining support from the intelligence in these living forms. This function is allowing the transformation of karma to reach the larger collective, causing a rippling effect to move throughout the entire region. Around 13,000,000 people were touched by this healing. Wave upon wave of relief, release, gratitude, comfort, and love are returning home to the Source of Creation within each participant in this session. Thank you for helping to heal the World by healing yourselves! This is a huge blow since I have been very active all my life, dancing, hiking, and leading an active life. What can energy work do to help my situation? Dorothy: Joints afford both flexibility and stability to the body. Healthy joints + sense of balance = stability. Imagine standing on a rocking boat, the joints are working constantly to keep the body upright. Problems with the joints indicates mental or emotional rigidity, stubbornness, inflexibility, etc. These imbalances can become chronic when habits of self-defense hold them in place. The long habit of inner rigidity eventually compounds as joint pain. Joints are held rigidly when there is tension in the muscles. Muscles can hold subtle tensions due to self-imposed stress or pressure. I say, "self-imposed" because one always has the choice to interpret external experiences in the light of evolution or in the light of misery. Any experience, no matter how happy, no matter how sad, can be appreciated for its evolutionary value or for its destructive value. This interpretation is a personal choice. It is a rare individual who tries on purpose to be rigid, inflexible, or stubborn. If you are reading this blog, it is likely that you are already very spiritual, open-minded, and forward-thinking. Most nice people don't spend a crumb of their intelligence on judgment. Deep down, everyone knows that judging others is a complete waste of time. Deep down, our essential nature is Divine Being, we are all precious and loved beyond comprehension. However living this reality of love is something which seems to be constantly unfolding. Physical pain anywhere is the body's way of asking the conscious mind to better align with cosmic evolution. Changing behaviors generally means changing habits. Energy work goes after habits which have had time to become so second nature that we hardly register them consciously. For instance, most of us have had the experience that someone does or says something hurtful which causes emotional pain to be felt. This can send one into a period of rehashing the experience and comparing one's own kindly nature to the unkind nature of the other person. It is common to upgrade a sense of self-worth through such a comparison or judgement, forming a habit of doing so over time. However, this sense of self-worth comes with the price of thinking ill of another person, which lowers personal energy vibration. In the case of camouflaged judgment, not overt judgment, treating oneself unkindly is projected into treating others unkindly (gossiping, focusing on their weaknesses, failings, faults), which in turn, can be camouflaged as "being concerned" about others. The judgment, camouflaged as concern, remains hidden from view. Hidden from view, it is untreated, and untreated it has a chance to compound, fester, and solidify into trouble in the physical body. In the form of an infirmity we attend to it. However, attending to the imbalance as a physical problem keeps the awareness on the surface of life, and even then the inner seed or cause of the illness can be missed, only to crop up later as a new symptom. In most cases the other person is a dear family member or someone close enough to effectively push buttons, "Get under one's skin" (joints being under the skin).  If the person was not beloved, they wouldn't know where to find your triggers. Yes? One would respond with neutrality rather than hurt feelings. No one wants to think ill of those they love. I concluded that painful situations indicate a need for more self-love and a stable (joints + sense of balance = stability) sense of self-worth. This may seem counter-intuitive, but responding to externally received insults by self-loving lays the foundation for offering love back to the offender. This really takes the wind out of an aggressor's sails. If one is genuinely self-loving, then the love offered to others is also appreciated as genuine. Thank you to the ancestors.  In the long run, the nature of the ever-evolving universe is to strike balance between spiritual development and relative growth. This is because consciousness lends substance to the material level of creation. Consciousness is fundamental to all manifested form. When the orientation of material gain and spiritual evolution align, a golden combination is created in which action fulfills both personal and cosmic need. Such a balance garners support of both the individual and the environment and thus carries great momentum behind its ability to support manifestation. The integration of internal-external is not static, but an eternally dynamic relationship of harmoniously coexisting opposites which supports fastest personal progress on the path to fulfillment.  In this healing we are integrating personal goals with the organizing principles of Nature which under lie and enrich the vision of health, success, fulfillment, etc. Activating qualities of pure truth, transparency in the celestial body. Clearing illusion from two to ten generations of ancestors of this concept: "I don't deserve to have my desires fulfilled." Also, clearing "I never get what I want." Also clearing individual identification and illusion associated with the concept of "limited good." Clearing greed, selfishness, neediness and feeling separate or different from other people. Under this, clearing feelings of insufficiency, failure, guilt and shame in their four denser bodies. Clearing guilt in the throat. Clearing a feeling of neediness and victimhood in the mouth and throat. For those who need it, this healing is dissolving the same discordant feelings from the thyroid. With this, also clearing dullness, self deception, and subtle elements which block awareness. Under the self-deception are multiple layers of fear and individual identification (ego). Clearing the fear of being overwhelmed, under prepared, and clearing shame. One thing which is very important in this healing is to honor the existence of healthy personal limits and boundaries. These personal requirements form the foundation for the construction of desires in tune with Nature's intelligence. Clearing the feeling that it is shameful to have desires which appear to impose limitations on others or on the environment. Sometimes, being in tune with Nature means taking a specific path, adhering to the path of truth, self-protecting, and acknowledging personal preferences. There is no shame in this.  Sometimes innocently, one person's move toward a goal requires behavior or goal modifications for others. This is really alright. When your desires are well aligned, then moving toward your goal also improves the possibility for others to move toward their highest goals. Sometimes the most brilliant move is not the first one considered or even in awareness when an undertaking begins. Sometimes the most brilliant move only becomes obvious when many factors have joined together to reveal the path of greatest potential. When you have adjusted your thinking and so have those around you. Born of collective evolution the most important and profound blessings are revealed.  Being in the right place at the right time to catch such an opportunity requires letting go of expectations and a heart filled with devotion to the highest good of all.  The integration now occurring is of the four subtle bodies (four layers of the soul) with the circulatory system, heart chakra and its auric field to stabilize the energy signature of highest intention, action of maximum good for all, the creativity to solve many problems with one solution. This energy signature is imprinting itself in the awareness both experientially and in the form of brain rewiring. The areas of the brain awakening to the reality of unprecedented success, immeasurable inner growth, and maximum good for the creation are the inferior temporal cortex (hippocampus), the pleasure nodes (nucleus accumbens) and the hypothalamus - pituitary area. This work is also transferring into the ancestral archive (seeing ancestors affected by this work as far back as the 1400's) and the family treasury. The family treasury is a limb of the akashic record. This concentrated archive resides within the silent inner space of the DNA and contains the details of the spiritual development of each family member in their lifetime. Every aspect of this structure is infinitely precious. The mere awareness of its existence enriches the reality of human potential. Focusing attention on this location within oneself, validates its existence and reveals the spiritual value of humanity's long vital lineage and its relationship to the evolution of the rest of life in our galaxy.  Looking at karma which might stand in the way of good intentions and successful manifestation. Although, for the human mind, the laws of karma are known to be unfathomable, it is not impossible to appeal to the intelligence which lies at the deeper levels of consciousness for illumination of this area and the ability to clear away blockages to progress. Clearing pain bodies in the causal through astral levels of the being which are associated with feeling important and better than others. Actions based on the need to feel more important than others are not only the cause of much suffering, but also the bi product of inner lack of self love. Under this clearing a host of discordant feelings associated with lack of self love from the subtle bodies through the etheric body, where more pain bodies have been located. Clearing these pain bodies primarily in the etheric version of body systems (digestive system, endocrine system, circulatory system, and nervous system). Clearing all attachments associated with these pain bodies.  I am seeing a big letting go. Congratulations! It looks as if what is leaving the system are habits, vicious cycles, memory patterns and more, which held in place behaviors which were not fully aligned with self-love, self-protection, self-understanding, etc. This includes addictive behaviors, hoarding, and such. The letting go also includes filters which let one delude themselves that fulfillment doesn't already exist. Clearing the illusion that happiness requires input from the environment. In fact happiness is an internal condition which requires nothing from the outside whatsoever.  Celestial body is now laying down delicate layers, like a gossamer web of light, of the simple truth of deepest fulfillment being the very nature, the very fabric, of all that exists. This structure sits at a very abstract, most delicate level of being. I realize that on the surface of life, it is not always practical to interpret experience as merely "bliss." However, this structure is awake now and underlying reality in such a way as to be a self-evident feature of experience henceforth.  Thank you so much to everyone who participates in this healing and for giving me the opportunity to serve. New Blog Post: Self-Definition and Self-Love Dear Dorothy: I have a relationship with a spiritual mentor and friend who is very dear to my heart, which has been causing me a lot of emotional distress for quite some time. This has to do with my attachment to her and my sensitivity to how she sees me. I am wanting to learn how to give love and connection to someone I treasure without wanting it back in equal measure. Dorothy:  Regarding your friend and mentor, I wanted to say that this situation sounds very similar to  several situations that I had experienced in the past. I finally followed them back to my relationship with Mother and then to my relationship with God. In this process, I became empowered to trust only myself to define who I am. Never, never to define myself through the eyes of anyone else, ever. This was deeply liberating. Also, not identify myself with any of the roles which I play in life: mother, wife, teacher, student, etc, etc. These are only hats worn by Divine intelligence. Ultimately, Divinity is all there is. The phenomenal world ever attempts to reflect that Divinity, getting closer all the time, but always showing only a portion of It. So, I offer this perspective. Your desire to love unconditionally is a way of self-strengthening, self-empowering, and self-communicating in your own divine nature. What it means to your friend is irrelevant, and she may not ever completely understand your offering. It doesn't matter. What matters is that your heart expands when you love. If you do so under compromised conditions this makes your heart even stronger. However, in the end, the lesson is to stay inside your comfort zone. Never self-sacrifice, because this will breed resentment and ultimately have a destructive effect on the relationship. Remember, when you love, it is your heart which is feeling the joy of love. The other person just gets the reflection of love. This shows how valuable it is to receive love graciously. Yes? By being adorable, others enjoy the opening of their hearts through their relationship with you. What a beautiful gift to give the world! This kind of relationship can be very challenging. The moment you do not feel easy in the relationship is the moment that the karma has been paid and you no longer owe anything. Do what ever you need to do to protect yourself, and don't count on anyone else to be watching out for your well-being. Even if another person is watching out for you, they will never be able to protect you as well as you will be able to protect yourself. No one will ever be able to love you as well as you can love yourself. This is the fact, because only you live in your skin. Only you know truly how you feel and what you need at any given moment. Putting the responsibility to feel loved or protected on any one outside yourself is too much to ask of them, regardless of their strength and wisdom. Does this make sense? Even parents have imperfections. There isn't anyone in the world other than yourself who can love you best. So, cultivate this relationship of self-love and you will never lose your beloved. You will never be let down. You will always have the highest quality care, protection, and nurturing. Are you on to this exercise? Big Hug. Whether limitations appear to be externally imposed or whether they are understood as self-imposed, they provide the structure upon which your true nature finds its expression. Clearing the illusion that life's boundaries and limitations are "problems". Clearing fear of the possibility of desires remaining unfulfilled and habits of reacting with fear or anger to the prospect of unfulfilled desires, from the four lower bodies. Establishing instead a habit of gratitude for the opportunity to see the light of Divinity penetrate and dissolve life's limitations in amazing detail.  A relationship between heart and mind is forming to support the spontaneous flow of gratitude and grace in even the most extreme situations and conditions. Forgiveness flowing to the ancestors for all the times that they chose not to approach challenges from the angle of gratitude, tolerance, and love. Clearing from at least 12 generations of ancestors, justifications for fear and anger, particularly a myriad of illusions which have been built on values of small ego. Clearing smallness in many forms from the their spirit bodies through physical bodies. In addition to that clearing dramas, attachments, and pain bodies. Looking at illusion in its simplest state. Illusion is both a tool and a hindrance for evolution. Without it, there would be no "material" creation. Without material creation, the Divine would miss an opportunity for self-expression. Simultaneously, dense matter acts like inertia to the flow of Divine Light. It is Divine Light, wrapped tight, folded in on Itself so tightly that form results. Celestial body humming in the mode of Pure Truth. Pure Truth in the celestial body is acting like a magnet which attracts or draws into the physical body Divine cognition, pure knowingness. In the cords of light which connect the sahasrara (crown, 7th) chakra and ajna (third eye, 6th) chakra with the God Presence, clearing fatigue, filters which block awareness (3Ms). Clearing fear and mistrust from the 7th chakra, also 3rd chakra and adrenal glands. Now from the 5th chakra and thyroid gland. Under this, in the 5th chakra clearing self doubt, mistrust. Under that 3Ms, and finally more illusion. In this case clearing the illusion that the nature of life is to inhibit the fulfillment of desires. In fact, life slows the waves of fulfillment the in order to give us the chance to enjoy every nuance of the evolution of fulfillment.  Forgiveness flowing through all values of the spirit body (area of the soul story through all incarnations) for any time that you addressed challenges with fear and anger rather than gratitude and love. Forgiveness from the present moment is moving on the wings of angelic intelligence from the celestial level of the body to all these points in the soul's history. This resonation of your own intelligence is offering gratitude and love in specific forms which address the points of contact with maximum value. This angelic celestial body intelligence is working its way into the denser levels of the body as well. I am seeing an activation of heart and mind, engaging practical considerations with intuitive wisdom. This is increasing the capacity to find life supporting solutions to scary or threatening challenges. In very many cases, resistance to change or attachment to specific outcomes hampers the opportunity for maximum success and positivity to result from challenges. The innocent ability to recognize even the tiniest value of fulfillment present in a problem reveals the direction of cosmic evolution or the spiritual reasons behind the discord. This integrative activation of heart and mind makes even a tiny taste of the evolutionary potential in a difficult situation sufficient for the heart/mind system to extrapolate the Divine intention behind life's strangest manifestations. That tiny taste of fulfillment, present in every boundary of manifestation, is the gift for which the gratitude flows. The infinite intelligence of the Creator, responsible for every boundary or limitation in the created world, is the source from which the love comes and to which the love flows. Always we have the choice to address each challenge with gratitude and love. The solutions are contained within the structures of life's limitations. New Blog Post: Turning Insults into Cosmic Flowers Dear Dorothy: You said that nature is trying to help me grow by bringing into light what I have repressed so I can expand and grow. And that to do so, I should interpret the message in the highest interpretation for my spiritual growth.  I don't think I understand how to do this, or what this is.  Lets say my sister tells me I am selfish.  So the message is that I am selfish.  What is the highest interpretation of this message?  that indeed I am selfish and I need to be more selfless?  That just feels like self-hate--which I have plenty of already :( I know that this feeling that I am a bad person, who is unlikable is just a story, a miserable story that I developed in this lifetime with my miserable family.  I can see that in transcendental experiences which I can access.  The problem is that when I have to deal on the material plane with human beings, I feel that I don't quite know how to do things right, and if people get angry or upset its my fault. I find human relationships incredibly challenging. Dorothy: People can only reflect their own stuff into the environment. So, when your sister tells you that you are selfish, this means that she is selfish. She is seeing her own reflection in the mirror of the universe. She is reflecting self judgment back to you. Right? She is judging you. This is an opportunity for deep self inquiry. "Where am I judging myself? Where am I being too hard on myself?" The environment will naturally magnify areas which need attention and send them to you for inspection. This situation is asking you to respond to your sister in a way which illuminates truth. Take this moment to be completely non judgmental with her, then express unconditional love, which takes non-judgmentalism to its complete fulfillment. This will end her rant in its tracks and turn her awareness deeply within herself. The fact that she feels so comfortable with you, and trusts in your love so much that she feels safe expression her opinion is totally reason to rejoice. You have a clear mirror which will not lie to you. The more horrible her insults, the more clearly defined your position. When people are rude or cruel, they give the gift of clear definition of what we don't want. This really is a gift which allows one to appreciate ones own Divine reality. It is worse when people simply lie to not hurt your feelings, or don't care enough about you to say what they really feel. Even if the message is not pretty, one can be grateful for a relationship where one knows precisely what the other person is thinking and feeling. Then you know exactly how to position yourself. Responding to negativity with positivity not only protects you from the negative, it literally restructures the underlying reality of the situation and often the relationship itself. She has sacrificed herself to help you see what you don't want to be. What a gift! Then be the opposite of the horrible warning which she is so clearly offering. It is so much easier to be amazing when the opposite path is clearly defined. The relationships which are the most dysfunctional are those were you can't tell where the other person stands at all. Again, meet this by being absolutely clear where you stand. Relationships are based on trust, and trust is based on honesty. Authentic communication is basic to a functional relationship. If the other person is ambiguous, unclear, or dishonest, then trust cannot build. Do not be fooled that there is a valid relationship in a case like this. You need a foundation of honesty to create a real relationship which has any chance of lasting. Honesty needs to go both ways. If you are giving it but not getting it, then it is time to look elsewhere for closeness. People are attracted to you, not because you are talented, or awesome in some way. They want to be with you because of how they feel about themselves in your presence. When you see the Divine shining through the personality, physiology, or soul of another, then they find themselves rising to the value of their own Divinity. This is evolutionary for them and for you. Since life is a field of constant change, people always favor situations, relationships, and circumstances which reflect progressive change. Seeing God in all things, especially other people, will spontaneously structure relationships which lead all parties to their highest potential. Thank you again for the great question. Clearing impressions, individual identification, and illusion of being inadequate. Clearing self doubt from the feet. The celestial body is rising in waves of confidence, capability, clarity of intention, resourcefulness. Looking to the whole life story and finding all points which harmonize with these qualities. The presence of God in each reader is knitting these points which reflect your potential to successfully create the reality which will support progress, together in a coherent structure which will color your life story in such a way as to ensure fulfillment as an overall life theme.  Looking into past traumas of being pushed into action before feeling adequately prepared. Forgiveness, compassion, and comfort flowing from the present moment into the past. This action is activated from the level of the celestial body, nourishing the past, present, and future simultaneously. Clearing fear of making mistakes and fear of success from the four lower bodies. Under this clearing the fear that one cannot love oneself due to perceived imperfections in personality, behavior, thinking, habits, etc. On the contrary. When we create self made boundaries and limitations (imperfections), this makes us all the more precious in the eyes of the Mother of Creation. She sees our "problems" as opportunities to Self interact with such light of perfection that the boundaries are not only dissolved, but new layers of life created, revealed, manifested.  What we think of as weaknesses and limitations are actually the structures which allow the most powerful expressions of Divinity shine in the field of the relative. Each little personal "problem" becomes a gem in the crown of Cosmic Life.  Shifting attention to the core of the body, where the highest concentration of Pure Awareness exists, where the home of Divine Nature is most concentrated. From here supporting the creation of light medicines made by the causal body. These medicines communicate the story of cosmic connection and tenderest love in the universal language of perception and understanding. This language is spoken by the Mother of the Universe Herself, the body, the personality (or conscious mind). We have been speaking this language all our lives, sometimes without even realizing it. All things in creation share this common form of communication. When the important message of highest spiritual progress is communicated, it does so through this language.  In this particular case, the energy medicines speak directly to the tissues, cells, atoms, etc. of the physical body. They whisper the truth of the body as the perfect antenna for Divine cognition. The whole universe is you, but it is experienced through the vehicle of the body, through the perceptual function of each human nervous system. Infinite love flowing in through the crown of the head into the central nervous system is speaking to the physical body of its precious status as a witness bearer to the Total expression of reality as our amazing universe. This in turn causes the physical body to create neruopeptides and hormones which creates a sense of well being and connectedness to all life. These neurochemicals act and interact with the thought process and impulses of the heart, to create harmonious waves of self interaction which give rise to modifications in the very structure of the nervous system, making it an ever more sensitive antenna for even more astounding Divine cognition.
